Aquacom has received new and requested functionality for notifications and alerts. This feature makes it easier to stay on top of important events in the system, so you never miss anything that is relevant to you and your tasks.

With the notification module, you can, among other things, be notified when you are connected to a work order,

New Module! Spare part management

We are pleased to announce that Aquacom now has a module for spare parts management. The module makes it easier to keep track of inventory and provides better control of spare parts and consumables.

This year’s first update includes a good list of new features and improvements.
In this update there are some ongoing developments that will be updated several times within user control, Quality and Spare parts.

Within user control, “Superuser” will be phased out and transferred to the “Middle Manager/Operations Manager” role. In addition, there will be a brand new role “Read only”

Work Orders

• Work order – Details are not saved if user clicks ‘Active in calendar’ before saving in the details section
• Work order – export to pdf > fixes

In this update there are also updates and new functionality for the new Kanban board.

March release 

• First version of monitor dashboard at site level. Presentation of real-time data from sensors such as Sofar (wave), Seacloud (weather, engine) or Abax (hour counter, position)
• The possibility of specifying other types for non-performed inspection than ‘Equipment not in use’. ‘Bad weather’ comes as default for everyone, but it is also possible to access define your own ’causes’

Planned update for December

Aquacom is scheduled to be updated 07.12.22

Due to major updates, Aquacom may be unavailable up to 4 hours from 21:00 (Norwegian time – UTC +1) on Wednesday 7 . December.

In this update, the majority of the update will be upgrading the Aquacom frontend and backend to the very latest versions.
